It is the world’s most beautiful Pokémon. There are many works of art featuring Milotic.

Great ability! Did it see much play?
JP
It did see some play. As far as high-level tournament results go, there’s Jeffrey Cheng’s 2nd-place Vespiquen list at Seattle Regs 2017 as well as Mehdi Hafi’s 1st-place Night March list at ECC 2016.

Thanks! “Sparkling Ripples” is a better version of Eldegoss V‘s ability — but with the catch that Eldegoss, as a basic, is easier to play.

POP Series 2 Celebi ex (2005) and “Mind Report” Mewtwo (2019) also have similar abilities, although they put cards on top your deck instead of in your hand.

This would go crazy in a format with ACE SPECs.

If Broken time-space is in play, you can loop this and Scoop Up Net as much as you want. Is there any way to profit from this?
SquidSystem
assuming unlimited, this is more or less just another way to abuse Unown DAMAGE that would probably be less difficult than the klefki/weavile/reuniclus build.
blufigo
could you explain how it works? (yes, assume you can use every single card in the PTCG pool)
SquidSystem
So, Unown LOT #90’s Ability wins you the game if you have 66 damage counters on your Pokemon and you get it Active Spot. So your gameplan is to get Reuniclus BLW into play, along with Gapejaw Bog ASR or Team Magma’s Secret Base DCR, so you can damage your Pokemon whenever you put them into play, and use Reuniclus to move the damage onto high HP Pokemon. Looping Milotic over and over for it with Broken Time Space lets you generate infinite damage, as well as letting you easily pivot into Unown once you’ve enough damage. Really, it’s mostly Broken Time Space doing the heavy lifting, but the Milotic is very effective!

But…you can’t have more than one stadium at the same time, right?
In the meantime, i did some research and actually found something. Just throw Base Set Alakazam in the mix for infinite healing! Does not win on the spot but it’s still something :)

Probably the most efficient strategy is to use Magikarp & Wailord GX to take most of the damage counters, then use Porygon-Z from Unbroken Bonds to attach Rainbow Energy, Energy Flow to get the Energy back, and a loop of Porygon2 Great Encounters/Lysandre’s Trump Card/generic unlimited consistency shenanigans to get the Energy Flow’s back. There’s an article called Unlimited’s Wrath on six prizes that describes how this deck works and what cards it contains if you want to read more. It actually features eight different unlimited lists.
I’ve tried to post this comment a couple of times and the comments got eaten. I hope it wasn’t because I included links to six prizes, which was literally founded by the same guy as pkmncards. Maybe it was something else.
