I wonder how this would have effected Base Set Alakazam’s Power Damage Swap. Would you still be able to use damage swap considering that it is essentially the same as healing a Pokemon? This thing can be devastating to stall decks in Unlimited!

Healing Pokemon would be the act of Removing Damage Counters.
Moving Damage Counters is not healing.
So yes, you can still use Damage Swap.

If we ever got something like Milotic‘s Healing Shower again, this card might have a pretty significant niche in healing everything on your side but not your opponent’s bench. Opponent’s active would still get healed, though.
