Flip 2 coins. If both of them are heads, choose 1 of your opponent’s Benched Pokémon and return it and all cards attached to it to his or her hand. If 1 or both of them are tails, your turn ends immediately (you can’t attack this turn).

If heads, you just played an upgraded version of “scoop up” on one of THEIR pokemon, and you cannot target the ONE pokemon you would probably want to target. I guess if they spent a long time evolving a pokemon on the bench rather than attacking you with something, this might get you somewhere. If tails, they get to time walk for free.
Why? It’s like choosing between having to drink a glass of long-since-spoiled milk or getting hit in the face

Quite possibly the worst card I’ve ever seen.

They had to make this somewhat suck. If it was only one coin flip it’d be broken.

Different ways the turn end condition has been phrased;
• Minion of Team Rocket and Tickling Machine: “your turn ends immediately (you can’t attack this turn)”
• Computer Error and Thought Wave Machine: “Your turn is over now (you don’t get to attack)”
• Swampert ex (and every subsequent card?): “Your turn ends”
