What about this + Tool Scrapper with a Durant-type disruption build to “Electrishower” every turn? I mean, it would be bad, but it might be fun for league as its own deck, or to set up for a sweep by Mewtwo EX or something else. As a bonus, you get crazy draw with Plusle DEX.

I LOVE how this card and Plusle DEX share um…(how to word this) a co-operative(?) viewpoint! What a creative idea.
Are there other cards like this that you can think of?

I’m a little confused on why this has a better rating than Donphan, Blissey, Typhlosion, Kingdra, Celebi, and Electrode Primes. All of them were amazing cards at one point (a majority being in decks cutting Worlds) and they somehow have worse ratings than THIS. That doesn’t even make sense.
