At any time between turns, if the Pokémon Miracle Berry is attached to is Asleep, Confused, Paralyzed, or Poisoned, you may remove all those effects from that Pokémon and discard Miracle Berry. This is NOT strictly worse than full heal: it can be searched for via castaway and it can prevent the first 10 poison damage that is afflicted upon you. That being said, if you honestly field this over full heal (an already middling card), you are seriously overrating how dangerous poison is.
