It looks like Misty’s Dewgong is breaching from the water in front of Neo Genesis’ Shuckle’s island.

It’s probably a similar 3D model. The motion lines disguise the “discontinuity” between art styles, however, so it feels like a difference in artistic theory.
(I say “discontinuity” in quotes because I still like Shuckle. I’m just forced to admit that it stands out more than a card like Granbull in the same set, which has a more 2D background. Or do I speak too soon? Granbull’s background looks like it might be a similarly disguised 3D model.)
