{P} → ESP
Flip 3 coins. If exactly 1 is heads, draw a card. If exactly 2 are heads, this attack does 20 damage. If all 3 are heads, choose 1 of the Defending Pokémon’s attacks. Misty’s Psyduck copies that attack except for its Energy costs. (No matter what type the Defending Pokémon is, Misty’s Psyduck’s type is still {W}.)

While the effect (relying on one’s mind to attack the opponent) may seem to be more in-flavor for sabrina, this is actually right down TCG Misty’s alley: with only one or two exceptions, ALL of her cards involve coin flips, many of them involve multiple instances of coin flips. There’s a reason why the Gym heroes theme decks all featured her Starmie…. everything with this girl is always left to chance!

Ok and who’s sabrina?

If this were really Misty’s Psyduck, you’d have to play it Active all the time. Even if you didn’t want to use it in the first place.

That’d be a hilarious nod and a kind of cool Pokemon Power.
Even if he get’s Gusted away, you immediately switch it back. And it could be used as a free retreat for your active when you first put it on the bench.
