This is the debut of [だくりゅう 𝐃𝐚𝐤𝐮 𝐫𝐲𝐮𝐮¹] in the TCG. It will show up again on cards including N1 Seadra, T Vaporeon², DR Marshtomp… and for cards that get an English translation, it will continue to be translated as “Mud Splash“, up until MD Shellos, when it is instead translated – in agreement with the way NOA translated the move in video games – as “Muddy Water“. So that this would appear to be one of those cases where an attack debuted in the TCG before the games.
¹ “Muddy Stream” or “Muddy Flow” seem like they’d be more faithful translations.
