Look at 1 of your Prize cards. Then, ask your opponent if you may switch that card with 1 of the cards in your hand. If your opponent accepts and if you have any other cards in your hand, switch those cards. If your opponent declines, return the Prize card face down and draw a card.

If you could make the decision, this would be very good. As it is,well, it’s not as bad as it seems to be at a glance. Deck thinning is a useful utility, and because you get to choose which card you swap it with, you will only rarely be hurt by the opponent choosing to let you switch the cards. Unown R is MUCH better, though.
Mantidactyle
It is good.
It should be a staple in 150 where all cards are limited to 1, imo.
Same goes for Lt Surge’s Treaty.
Dark Kira
Why do you have enough space to fit all these deck thining cards? I don’t even play Bill because my deck is full.

Prizes aren’t random in 150 though, so it’s not quite as important… even if it guaranteed the prize in hand.
Still, depending on the style of draw engine you’re running, thinning can be useful. Just be careful though as the speed draw Trainer engines are fast but easily locked down.
