That’d be tough to say. It would really need a more on-the-nose, easy to do assist from a future card. There’s just better stuff in Expanded.

Magneton (CEC) easily gets you all the cards you need to pull off Morgan, aka Hat Trick.
This is not a good engine to build a deck around, but it can work.
