Ability ⇢ Forewarn
Once during your turn (before your attack), you may look at the top 2 cards of your deck, choose 1 of them, and put it into your hand. Put the other card back on top of your deck.

Claydol? No.
Uxie? No.
Uxie Lv.X? Yes.
Oh wait, https://pkmncards.com/card/pokemon-catcher-emerging-powers-epo-95/ doesn’t seem to think so.

It’s a Uxie X for Vileplume and Gothitelle decks. Ain’t dat cool.

I think you misread it, you put the other card on the top of your deck, not the bottom.
Micah Tate
Is was originally translated to have the other card put on the bottom, not gonna lie, seems somewhat pointless this way, unless you play a PONT or shuffle card afterwards. I guess you get to see your next top-deck and draw a card. I don’t see much of an opportunity for this card =/

It speeds up the draw process.

Oh. Whoops, sorry. :P

Has GLC caused this formerly 50 cent card to be selling for over 12 dollars?
Sam
Yes

The GLC pricing situation is a good illustration of why it’s good TPC stopped doing major Expanded tournaments. It would make the format ludicrously expensive which undermines a core part of its appeal :v
Sam
Honestly GLC is a phenomenally cool format but I don’t think Mahone ever anticipated how popular it would get and the effect it would have on prices.
Erika Bonchiko
I am always so confused when people express concern GLC-inflated card prices. Every format has powerful cards that naturally have increased demand and cost – there’s nothing wrong with that, and it even encourages off-meta picks. Before GLC, these particular cards were useless bulk – now, they have a purpose, and we have a fun format to play. GLC is still incredibly affordable and accessible relative to other formats, and will likely always remain so.
There is no reason to mourn a 50c card becoming desirable – it is a sign of an excited community and a thriving scene. Let’s celebrate that!

I certainly don’t mind it with cards like this, but cases like Colress are a bit annoying since they’re useful cards in Expanded too. I was planning to get a Colress playset at some point, but I’ve readjusted that plan to just getting a single Colress whenever it seems absolutely necessary (e.g. if I ever build Expanded Hisuian Zoroark VSTAR).
Still, the fact Colress was so affordable to begin with was more indicative of in-person Expanded dying off than anything else. A flourishing alternate format is worth the inflation of a select handful of cards, 100% agreed.
