I’d assume it wasn’t played because it was a stage 2. In DP-UL I would play that.

Nice, this card really helps the Evolution reliant Nido deck, especially against evo lock decks. If you can just cheat this into play somehow (Rare Candy, Evo Soda etc.) you can then use it to evolve your Active even during a lock.
