    Whoever designed this card must hate nosepass…. I know it’s not a fast pokemon, but 4 RC, really??

      Especially funny considering that, for the Gen 3 & 4 TCG, little Nosepass only had a retreat cost of 1

    Nosepass’s Retreat Cost of exactly 4 makes it compatible with Buff Padding and Heavy Baton.

        Yes! There are more cards now that affect Retreat Costs in different ways, both good and bad. A Pokemon’s Retreat Cost can change depending on what’s common in the game at the time. For example, Lickitung has also had Retreat Costs ranging from 1 to 4 over the years.
