{C} → Upper Hand
Choose 1 of the Defending Pokémon’s attacks. That Pokémon can’t use that attack during your opponent’s next turn.
{D}{C}{C} → Feint Attack
Choose 1 of your opponent’s Pokémon. This attack does 40 damage to that Pokémon. This attack’s damage isn’t affected by Weakness, Resistance, Poké-Powers, Poké-Bodies, or any other effects on that Pokémon.

This is really neat. I find both attacks useful.

At least Nuzleaf hits any Pokémon… although the fact that Mewtwo’s attack still ends in “effects on that Pokémon” instead of “effects on the Defending Pokémon” makes me wonder if the attack text was copied and pasted from Nuzleaf.
I wonder how long it’s been since legendary Pokémon were on par with average evolving stage 1’s for power level…
