    You know, considering the pretty much perfect rate of introducing new fossil species in each generation (other than gen 2) you would assume that they would know beforehand that there would be more and more fossil pokemon..and create a “fossil” pokemon class just to ensure that fossil based effects work with every fossil pokemon

      Making all fossil Pokemon compatible has been one of the biggest headaches of helping make the Unlimited 150 format work -__-

        Plus Cranidos and Rampardos hasn’t been seen since Platinum in the TCG. If there was a Trainer card like “Fossil Restorer” instead of all of these different Fossil cards that you need then Cranidos’ line have been printed by now.

        Then again, Sunkern and Sunflora haven’t been seen since HGSS and they’re not fossils.
