When you say “has stars,” are you referring to the “Onix Legendary Collection reverse holo?” (Look up the phrase to see what it looks like. It’s got a silver border and a fireworks foil pattern effect.) Does the foil pattern look like the one inside the art frame on “Raichu XY Evolutions holo rare”? If so, perhaps it is a misprint.
If your card really is the XY Evolutions Onix (With the “X-X” symbol in the bottom right corner), it should have a mirror finish with no stars. (Look up the phrase “XY Evolutions Onix Reverse Holo.”)
