PokeBody doesn’t match. The card should be “Whenever you attach an Energy card from you hand to 1 of your Pokémon, remove 1 damage counter from that Pokémon.”
I have this card in my deck, so I was freaking out thinking I was reading it wrong XD

  This card received an errata as it was incorrectly translated.
  
  Later versions of the card like the one shown here show the correct translation.
  
  It is supposed to only say Onix.

    Ah gotcha, then the description should also reflect the card.
    
    Makes sense now since was stackable and would make it OP with four on the bench.
