I wonder why the energy type it takes other than Water is Grass. The energy types often have to do with the colors on the Dragon Pokemon’s body, but Palkia isn’t green at all.

My crackpot theory is that because Dragon type Giratina uses Psychic (obviously) and Grass (idk maybe to reference the movie that stars it and Shaymin) both Dialga and Palkia take one of the TCG types that Giratina uses each (alongside their primary type). Hence Palkia getting Grass, and Dialga Psychic.
