Does this apply to Evolution cards that evolve from Basics that have Caturday if Shrine of Memories (Primal Clash PRC 139) or Memory Energy (Lost Thunder LOT 194) are applied?

No; Shrine of Memories and Memory Energy (and for that matter, Shining Celebi, Celebi EX, and Memory Capsule) all allow a pokemon to *use* its prior stage’s attacks, but they still don’t *have* those attacks, so Gathering of Cats wouldn’t affect them.

Caturday is still one of the best deck themes conceptually. I want cat deck to come back to standard.

The closest analogue is probably the Swim Freely archetype, which coincidentally, got a new member (Seaking) added in the subsequent generation much like how Caturday got Purugly.
