Following up my question over on ASR Kricketune.
Let’s say you are playing an opponent who has Single Strike Electrode and Abomasnow in play (and each has full HP). Abomasnow boosts Electrode’s HP to 140. And let’s say you play Blaziken VMAX.
Before attacking with Max Blaze, you play Phoebe. Does this supporter revert Electrode’s HP back to 90 and this give you the KO?

No, I don’t believe so. The HP increase doesn’t alter the damage done; only how much is needed to KO. I think that would fall outside Phoebe’s jurisdiction.
But if Abomasnow actually reduced damage done, rather than just increasing HP, Phoebe would disable that (since it relates to how Blaziken’s attack is resolved).
