We got this one in a bag of cereal but is like shiny sky what dose this mean is it the same as in the picture above or is it more rare ??

This will be the same card as reflected in the image, just can’t reflect the holographic nature well via image. I presume this was from a 25th Anniversary General Mills cereal box (Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Lucky Charms, Cocoa Puffs, etc.)? This card also comes in the Darkness Ablaze Single Pack Blister as the promo card.

I believe the two promos have different holo patterns. If I were to make an assumption it would be that the cereal holo pattern is rarer than the blister pack pattern.

This print in particular is the darkness ablaze checkout lane promo, but was given a run as the chase card from the general mills promo packs to celebrate the 25th anniversary. That promo had the pikachu stamp, but was treated the same as trick-or-trade booster cards.
