My Pikachu VMAX from vivid voltage has no holo. “2020 Pokémon / Nintendo / Creatures / GAME FREAK” at the bottom is missing on my card. Instead there’s “2020 Pokémon” in the left bottom, just above the black. Is my card fake?

Sounds like it might be a fake using the Gen 7 template, which would’ve listed the copyright info right there. Compare it to Raichu GX for reference with the card layout.
