{W}{W} → Freeze : 10
Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokémon can’t attack. (Benching or evolving the Defending Pokémon ends this effect.)
{W}{W}{W} → Blizzard : 30
Flip a coin. If heads, this attack does 10 damage to each of your opponent’s Benched Pokémon; if tails, this attack does 10 damage to each of your own Benched Pokémon. (Don’t apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)

Because the long hair all over its body obscures its sight, it just keeps charging repeatedly.

Not a terrible card. 80 health is solid, and Freeze was interesting, because it wasn’t just for the next turn (like I thought when I was younger :P).
It was relatively cheap, and If you got heads the defending Pokemon can’t attack, until they leave to active spot or evolve. That could certainly buy you some free Blizzards on something with an expensive enough retreat cost. And lightning resistance is usually welcome in most Water Decks.
