Man, sometimes I forget how much work goes into the underwater pictures that have all of those painted bubbles. I wonder what kind of music or background show the artists listen to while doing that, great work at the end of it all!

The attack being named “Spinning Fan” doesn’t fit with the context here. The original attack appeared on UPR Fan Rotom. The Japanese name, ぐるぐるスピン (“Curly Spin”), doesn’t imply a fan.
