You may play 2 Poké Blower + at the same time. If you play 1 Poké Blower +, flip a coin. If heads, put 1 damage counter on 1 of your opponent’s Pokémon. If you play 2 Poké Blower +, choose 1 of your opponent’s Benched Pokémon and switch it with 1 of your opponent’s Active Pokémon.

Depending on whether you have one or two, this is either a strictly better digger(ignoring rage effects) that can hit the bench or a strictly worse gust of wind. That’s not really all that bad.
Poke Drawer , on the other hand, is either a strictly better card draw(which begs the question: why NOT use Poke Drawer?) or a DOUBLE COMPUTER SEARCH that requires you to play two specific cards rather than discard two additional ones.
It’s obvious which of the two wins

How could I have missed this, when discussing Lysandre?
You don’t need any further combo pieces beyond this and your infinidraw engine, if you use this an infinite number of times the game ends right there!

I think the coin flips make it too inconsistent. You probably already play Scoop Ups for Uxies so you can just add 1-2 Crobat Gs instead.
