The OOYAMA alt arts come from Japan’s SM12a TAG TEAM GX All Stars. There’s a couple we didn’t get, such as Electropower. This would be *the* Ooyama, by the way – one of the people to come up with and help design the TCG in the first place. (You might also know him from his appearance in the Game Boy TCG game as “Dr. Ooyama.”)
It seems like the reprint of ‘bilingual’ Exeggutor we got in XY Evolutions brought him back somehow, with new artwork starting at the end of Generation 6 (BREAK era) and sporadic contributions across Generation 7, from its very first set through to its very last. His only work for Generation 8 is one of the many uncredited Pikachu on Pikachu V-UNION.
