No more hearing “Catcher, Claydol” at every table XD
Disappointed by this errata, they should have just rotated it out, not ruin things for other formats.

All eternal formats other than modern will be able to use Gust of Wind instead of catcher.

Singleton formats (i.e. Fair eternal formats) enjoyed having 2 Gust of Wind effects though.
Played today with just Gust… it’s a small change but bench sitters feel much safer.

I do use that in one deck just because I have loads of ways to free retreat and it’s a disruption focussed deck. Most times it’s not worth it though. I started playing Unlimited 150 (100 card singleton format) when Black and White came out so I can barely remember what it was like to only have 1 reliable Gust effect! :P
