Your opponent may search his or her deck for 1 Basic Pokémon card and put it onto his or her Bench. Then, you may search your deck for 1 Basic Pokémon card and put it onto your Bench. Then, each player shuffles his or her deck. (A player can’t do any of this if his or her Bench is full.)

Great Ball is better
Krisi92
Except it wasn’t released until 4 years later (and this one can get exes). It’s like saying Of course newer cards are better. At least most of the time. Ad I almost didn’t recognize you due to your picture change.

Was this even played, though? I know Great Ball probably saw SOME play, but this is about a 5 to Great Ball’s 7.

Great Ball was good, this never saw play from what I remember. Pokemon Fan Club was out at the part of the time this was legal, and was better.

Great Ball and Pokémon March were legal together in unlimited. But given the presence of Bill, Oak, Search and Volunteers in Unlimited, these two never stood a chance.
Plus, by 2006, you had to be kinda nuts to still be playing unlimited.
Pidgeotto the master one
It is better, but as Nos commented on FRGL’s great ball, this one allows you to fetch a pokemon ex. Also if you are into that you can use this to manipulate your opponent to put a weak monster to knock out with the likes of Dark Crobat , rocket’s minefield gym etc. (That strategy would work like… Never)

I can hear the Pokémon March music from GSC when I see this card.
