if I use an attack that says “This Pokemon can’t use this attack during your next turn” or “This Pokemon can’t attack during you’re next turn” and then play this on my next turn, can said pokemon attack?
Otaku
Yes, if an attack places an effect on your Pokémon, like the two you mentioned, Pokémon Ranger will get rid of it.
There are only a few things Pokémon Ranger can’t affect:
1) It won’t undo the damage or damage counters placed by an attack.
2) It won’t remove Special Conditions inflicted by an attack.
3) It won’t erase an attack having actually been used.
#3 needs a little more explanation. Mewtwo (XY – Evolutions 51/108) has an attack called “Barrier”, which states it cannot be used if any of your Pokémon used Barrier on your previous turn. So there is no “effect” being placed by Barrier, unlike with attacks that state “This Pokemon can’t use this attack during your next turn” or “This Pokemon can’t attack during your next turn”. Barrier just goes “Did you use Barrier last turn? Yeah? Then you can’t use it this turn.” Something like Reshiram & Charizard-GX’s “Flare Strike” attack, which says “This Pokémon can’t use Flare Strike during your next turn.” places an effect on the Pokémon using it, which Pokémon Ranger can remove.

Bear in mind that this supporter (and Channeler, the closest thing to a reprint) and removes effects from *attacks.* Like “Trick Sticker” Pachirisu or EVS Seismitoad.
But it would NOT negate stadiums like Galar Mine or Abilities like CRE Abomasnow / ASR Kricketune / DAA Blaziken / FST Hoopa V, etc etc etc.
