Okay, Squidsystem and I had a dissertation length discussion about this card under Unbroken Bonds Poliwrath. The gist of it was this card would actually be kind of a funny rogue or meme deck in the Unbroken Bonds format near the end of its lifespan, utilizing Mareep from Lost Thunder to put opponents to sleep, taking advantage of its ability to OHKO Dedenne GX and Reshiram & Charizard ex.
