Once during each of his or her turns, a player may discard a basic Energy card from his or her hand. If that player does, he or she chooses a basic Energy card from his or her discard pile, shows it to his or her opponent, and then puts it into his or her hand.
· Stadium rule: This card stays in play when you play it. Discard this card if another Stadium card comes into play.

This Power Plant failed its surprise OSHA audit back in 2004 because it lacked a Pokemon battle arena, in addition to various railing related issues. Because pokemon battles are so frequent, pretty much any workplace is required to be equipped with a safe arena area. The management, profoundly worried of potential fines and legal fees, covered its hide by clearing out a space near the central generator and marking the newly formed arena.
UNFORTUNATELY, they failed the followup audit as well: the newly constructed Arena was too close to the clearly unstable central generator.

While this and the Unbroken Bonds Power Plant share a name in English, in Japanese, there’s a difference — this is known as Unmanned Power Plant, while the Unbroken Bonds Power Plant is the Abandoned Power Plant. The latter matches up with the name used in Japanese for the Kanto Power Plant in the video games, though they’re likely both intended to represent the same location (but perhaps not — none of the other e-era cards correspond to an in-game location).
An additional name-related quirk is that its set number is right after Undersea Ruins, which would only make sense if it had kept the original name of Unmanned Power Plant.
