Is there a specific interaction you’re unsure of? Its attacks would do 20 more damage.

If you’re thinking of something like Raticate BCR, it doesn’t interact with the Super Fang attack at all, since dealing damage (and dealing “more damage”), which is what this card is concerned with, is distinct from placing damage counters, which is what Raticate does.
