Sadly this was the only “Natta Wake” promo we got in America. And we don’t even get the back story… Thanks WotC :P
You see, In Japan there was a short lived series of Mangas made by illustrator Natta Wake, called how I became a Pokemon. Each containing a cute little story and a promotional TCG card featuring the star of that volume. This Psyduck came from vol. 2.
