Not sure if this ability is more or less useful than Radiant Venusaur‘s. Radiant Venusaur is almost certainly better for Hisuian Arcanine (the one with the character art version) decks.

it depends if your deck has a lot of burners and you play small handed, i think greninja is stronger as tech and dark decks
