Yeah this card can deal an *absurd* amount of damage very quickly. One hit from “Dynamic Tail” and Heatran hits for 420!!

The card is effectively DCE so long as it isn’t attached to a V or GX. But Radiant Pokémon are still ok!

One big caution for building a deck around Radiant Pokémon is: be aware of Lost City. Not hard at all for your opponent to drop that stadium card and KO Heatran in the same turn, especially if it already has lots of damage on it
