      Start by doing 10 damage to all of your opponent’s Pokemon, either through Spinda or Forretress. Then, use Thunderclap Shot with Wide Lens to do 100 to any Shaymin-EX’s your opponent has in play. Practically every deck in the format uses 2 or more Shaymins, so Raichu could be very good.
