Raichu debuts the snazzy attack Gigashock. It appeared a few more times over the years. Somehow, it always appeared on Stage 1 Lightning Pokémon.
(It’s an attack by a different name, but Lv.40 Ampharos’s Gigaspark reads like how the attack might work if it had ever appeared on a Stage 2 Pokémon.)
