Ambassador
This Raichu GX, Gyarados GX #SM212, and Charizard GX #SM211 were released as promos alongside Hidden Fates; they’re alt art versions of the respective cards in that set. Like a lot of cards in HF, the main prints of these 3 cards came from the JP-only Family Pokémon Card Game box (something not unlike the ‘Battle Academy’ box we did get during the SWSH era), but these 3 alternate prints released as promos don’t appear to have any Japanese counterparts.
I could’ve “tl;dred this post by calling them “US-only” cards, but there’s every possibility they did or did not get released in other languages. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

For once Raichu has a thunderbolt attack that does NOT make it discard all energy attached!
