Discard 3 cards from the top of your deck. This attack does 50 damage plus 10 more damage for each {L} Energy card you discarded. Then, attach those {L} Energy cards to 1 of your Pokémon.

Was this meant to be a Poke-Body? It doesn’t have the text at the end that stops it if it has a Special Condition.

I think it is a Power because it is optional. Bodies happen automatically.

Raichu LV.X (Stormfront SF 99) had the same error but in reverse. Though it was a Poke-Body, it had the obscure Special Condition clause that halted Powers in that era. Raikou’s Power here could easily be a Body, especially how it is one of the only Power’s you can use as an Active Pokemon WITH a Special Condition.

There are some nice Bodies you may use: Minun, Plusle, Tyranitar, Forretress, Flygon ex and Rayquaza C LV.X
