Poké-POWER ⇢ Temperamental Weather
Once during your turn (before your attack), you may search your deck for Castform, Sunny Castform, or Snow-cloud Castform and switch it with Rain Castform. (Any cards attached to Rain Castform, damage counters, Special Conditions, and effects on it are now on the new Pokémon.) Shuffle Rain Castform back into your deck. You can’t use more than 1 Temperamental Weather Poké-Power each turn.
{W} → Scattered Shower
Shuffle your hand into your deck. Draw up to 5 cards.
{C}{C} → Rainy Day Blues : 20
If Low Pressure System is in play, the Defending Pokémon is now Confused.

Scattered Shower is very similar to FRLG Exeggutor’s “Psychic Exchange.”

Any reason why the castform forms from this set and Delta Species say to shuffle the castform back in without putting it on top of your deck first? It doesnt actually matter, but the unown forms from Unseen Forces, the deoxys forms from Holon Phantoms, and specifically only castform normal from Legends Awakened tell you to put the pokemon on top of your deck before you shuffle it in.

Probably just for space reasons. Despite its reduced font size, Hidden Legend’s Snow-Cloud Castform would struggle to accommodate even a single additional line of text.
