For anyone wondering whether the shift from TR Rainbow Energy doing “10 damage” to AQ Rainbow Energy putting “1 damage counter” might’ve resulted from a mistranslation for one card or the other; The respective Japanese cards were articulated the same way, and so the text changing for the English TCG in this manner is correct.
