This Scroll’s {R}{L} attack cost corresponds to Rayquaza’s typical Energy costs, which, alongside the pattern and color scheme, seems to be suggesting Rayquaza is the eponymous “Flying Dragon” of this card. c.f. the {F}{M} cost and aesthetic of Single Strike Scroll of the Fanged Dragon lining up with Duraludon.

The Single Strike and Rapid Strike tags also line up, and when you look up which cards originally came from which sets, this card and EVS’s Rayquaza V both originate from S7R Blue Sky Stream, and the Single Strike Scroll of the Fanged Dragon and EVS’s Duraludon V originate from S7D Perfect Skyscraper.
