Choose 1 of your Basic Pokémon in play. If you have a Stage 2 card in your hand that evolves from that Pokémon, put that card on the Basic Pokémon. (This counts as evolving that Pokémon.) You can’t use this card during your first turn or on a Basic Pokémon that was put into play this turn.
· Item rule: You may play as many Item cards as you like during your turn (before your attack).

At first glance, I thought this art was misattributed to 5ban, but on closer inspection, the art is actually a *recreation* of the regular BW art by Ryo Ueda, not just a modified version of it. How strange!

There are a lot of quirks in the way CG art gets credited in the TCG. My own suspicion is that in a case like this, the original model (that Ueda created?) has been re-rendered by 5ban vs. recreated from scratch, and the credit is going to the person that did the most recent render.
Another example of this would be FLI Beast Ring – FLI 102 is credited to Toyste Beach, the Gold SR 141 is also credited to Toyste Beach, but alternate art FLI 102a is credited to 5ban Graphics. It seems unreasonable to assume that different artists would be spending time recreating the same models from scratch and so that’s why the credits are different, which is what leads to my assumption that the CGI credits are going to whoever is responsible for the final render/composition/etc. that’s making it onto the card.
