Super Fang’s “?” was not displayed on the original JP print of this card. The same is true for N2 Scizor – the question mark symbol being used as an attack damage indicator was exclusive to the English TCG. Meanwhile, Japan had several Imakuni? cards with a question mark symbol on it that we never got.
It’s a very broad statement to make but, ignoring artwork, the first time both the EN and JP TCG both had a question mark in the body of the ‘same’ card was Unown ? in Legends Awakened. (For the sake of it, if we’re including artwork – it’s probably either Promo Psyduck 20 or Blaine’s Quiz #1?)
