Ability ⇢ Stormy Winds
When you play this Pokémon from your hand onto your Bench during your turn, you may discard the top 3 cards of your deck. If you do, attach a basic Energy card from your discard pile to this Pokémon.
{G}{L}{C} → Dragon Break : 30×
This attack does 30 damage times the amount of basic {G} and basic {L} Energy attached to your Pokémon.
{G} → Tempest-GX
Discard your hand and draw 10 cards. (You can’t use more than 1 GX attack in a game.)
· Pokémon-GX rule: When your Pokémon-GX is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.

One of the coolest Rayquaza artworks ever made–the sky-high Pokemon flying through the stratosphere!

Funny that this card swapped out Rayquaza’s usual {R}-type energies for {G}-type. Maybe because Fire type woulda been too OP, given all the fire energy acceleration options in Gen 7
Nos
With this card granting Rayquaza {G} costed attacks, Rayquaza has had each energy type except for Darkness and Fairy in its attack costs. It wouldn’t be unreasonable to see a Dark Rayquaza some day with Darkness costed attacks, especially with a new Rocket’s set around the corner.
Are there any other Pokemon with more than that though?
Jack
Off the top of my head, the only other one is Arceus, which had prints of all 9 existing TCG types at the time during the Platinum era, which used all 8 basic Energy types. Like Rayquaza, it never used Fairy Energy.
That said, Arceus being Arceus, I’d argue it’s somewhat more interesting that Rayquaza’s almost used them all, since Arceus’s mechanics give it the perfect excuse to; that’s not the case with Rayquaza.
