Do the double energies provided by Shining Legends Venusaur count double for this attack?

I’m not sure. The attack refers to basic ENERG[IES], not basic energy CARDS.
I had a similar question regarding the attack on Hisuian Decidueye VSTAR. But that attack specifies it’s energy CARDS, not ENERGIES. So there’s less ambiguity with that guy.
