{C} → Fly : 10
Flip a coin. If tails, this attack does nothing. If heads, prevent all effects of an attack, including damage, done to Rayquaza during your opponent’s next turn.

As I outlined on EX Dragon Salamence #19, the ADV and PCG era made Dragon Pokémon an interesting offer – they could either follow the approach e-Card established for them and continue to have no Weakness and in so doing forfeit the right to any Resistance, or, in exchange for a Colorless Weakness, obtain *two* Resistances.
For the most part, Rayquaza will take the offer – Rayquaza ex (DR), Rayquaza ex (DX), Rayquaza Gold Star (DX), Rayquaza 𝛿 (DS), Rayquaza 𝛿 (HP-16), and Rayquaza ex (NBSP 039) all have {C} Weakness and dual {W}{F} Resistance*. It’s exclusively Rayquaza 𝛿 𝑒𝑥 (DF) who opts for nul to both Weakness and Resistance**.
But, for some baffling reason – did something get lost in translation here? – Rayquaza also has cards that opt for the Colorless Weakness and they don’t just not get a dual-resistance, they don’t even get the {F} mono-resist they’d normally be entitled to. This card, Rayquaza (DX-22), Rayquaza (EM), and Rayquaza 𝛿 (HP-26) take this unusual third approach***.
