Poké-BODY ⇢ Slow Start
Regigigas can’t attack until your opponent has 3 or less Prize cards left.
{W}{F}{M}{C} → Crush Grip : 120
If the Defending Pokémon already has any damage counters on it, this attack’s base damage is 40 instead of 120.

There is an enduring legend that states this Pokémon towed continents with ropes.

A Body that limits when in the game it works, and attack that costs 4 energy – 3 of which have to be of different specific types- and an attack that becomes useless if the opponent has a damage counter on it. Yep. This one’s a metagame shaker and a top contender of BCOAT. Clearly.

I believe it was meant to work with the LV.X. It uses the same energies, and you can’t use the LV.X attack two turns in a row.
Safe to say that its damage would KO anything, and you’d be seeing a fresh Pokemon for this attack. Barring recoil, it would have no damage counters.
And as for the slow start… The LV.X gives them prizes with its ability. After a few turns of setup (possibly while preventing them from getting too set up) you can sacrifice, then begin to smash them one hit at a time.
Now, it isn’t great, but it definitely has a place in a deck.

Regigigas Lv. X deck used DP Promo 40 for its Drag Off attack, rather than this useless Regigigas.
