Poké-POWER ⇢ Sacrifice
Once during your turn (before your attack), you may choose 1 of your Pokémon in play and that Pokémon is Knocked Out. Then, search your discard pile for up to 2 basic Energy cards, attach them to Regigigas, and remove 8 damage counters from Regigigas. This power can’t be used if Regigigas is affected by a Special Condition.
{W}{F}{M}{C} → Giga Blaster : 100
Discard the top card from your opponent’s deck. Then, choose 1 card from your opponent’s hand without looking and discard it. Regigigas can’t use Giga Blaster during your next turn.
· Level-Up rule: Put this card onto your Active Regigigas. Regigigas LV.X can use any attack, Poké-Power, or Poké-Body from its previous level.

I never got why Regigigas is a Normal Type…
It’s name ends with “gas”, so you’d think it would be a Poison Type. On the other hand, it has mossy growths on it’s back and shoulders, which make it look like a Grass Type. Then again, it’s a golem, so you’d think that Ground Typing would fit a Pokémon who originally pulled continents. Fighting Type also fits, since the other three Regis are all weak to Fighting Type Moves.
CrimsonRedneck
It ends with “Gigas”, which is latin for giant, not gas meaning poison. Hammering home the fact that it’s both large and ancient. But yeah, just from looking at it you’d think Grass/Steel. Maybe they just wanted it to stand out more from Registeel.

The grassy/mossy bits confused me, I mean I know it’s been asleep forever, but turns out it has them naturally.
Anyway, Regigigas was clearly a mistake, given it’s meh movepool, missing some key moves and terrible ability.
CrimsonRedneck
It all would have been forgiven if they just let it learn protect.

But no, apparently that would be too OP. :/
