Seriously, though, Regirock is great in Aromatisse Toolboxes. Whenever you need to put a Rainbow Energy in play, just attach it to him so he can take the damage, and whenever your turn ends and you have loose Energy in play, just move it to Regirock to ensure that it isn’t Hammer’d away. Land Maker is also good for recovering Fairy Garden · XY (XY) #117 and/or Sky Field · Roaring Skies (ROS) #89.

Does Omega Barrier protect against things like Tool Scrapper and the like?

I’m pretty sure! It would protect against item cards like Pokémon Catcher, Fan of Waves, Crushing Hammer, etc.
But it specifically says that it does NOT affect Tool cards that activate when Regirock attacks your opponent’s Pokemon–such as Farewell Bell, Spirit Mask, or Ribbon Badge.
